Standard shipping is 3–5 business days, and express is 1–2 business days once your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day usually ship the same day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Yes — we ship to over 40 countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs. Any duties or taxes are calculated at checkout where possible, or collected by your local carrier on delivery.

We move fast to get orders out, but if you contact us within 2 hours of ordering we'll do our best to make changes. After that your order may already be packed — you can always start a free return once it arrives.

Shipping is a flat rate that's shown at checkout, and it's free on every order over the threshold displayed in your bag. Express options are available at checkout for a small upgrade.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags and hygiene liners intact. Start your return from your account under Orders, or from the Returns page, and we'll email you a prepaid label.

Sign in to your account, open the order and choose Return or exchange. Pick the items and whether you'd like a refund, store credit or a different size — we'll guide you through the rest and email a prepaid label.

Once your return reaches our warehouse we inspect it within 2 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method. It then takes 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Every product page has a detailed size guide with garment measurements and fit notes. When you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for bottoms and down for a snugger top — or message us and we'll advise on the specific style.

Most of our core styles run true to size, and any exceptions are called out in the fit notes on the product page. Our fabric has a comfortable four-way stretch, so there's a little give in every set.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are encrypted and processed securely — we never store your full card details.

Enter your code in the promo field in your bag or at checkout and hit Apply — the discount updates your total instantly. Only one promo code can be applied per order, and some codes have a minimum spend.

Rinse in cool water after every wear, hand wash with a gentle detergent and lay flat to dry away from direct heat. Avoid wringing, tumble drying and rough surfaces like pool edges to keep the fabric at its best.

Wherever possible we use recycled, low-impact fabrics and produce in fair-wage partner studios. We're not perfect yet, but we publish our progress and keep pushing to do better each season.
